Our Mount Sackville Sport Captains: Ciara Mulligan Shonagh Brady came up with an excellent energetic exercise initiative for this week. As they were aware that a lot of us now find ourselves sitting down all day they wanted to help everyone and promote a bit of movement. As this is the week before midterm it is a perfect time to do some desk friendly exercises and gain some energy. They picked three class periods - the beginning of the 8:30 class, the class before lunch 12:05 and last class of the day 14:50 and provided a schedule for a quick activity to get all Mount Sackville Community moving.
